On Tuesday 24th September four children from Year 2 attended an outdoor bonanza at Towneley Hall. The children were tasked with team building activities such as, Pokémon orienteering, gutter ball, desert island balancing and noughts and crosses. The children enjoyed using maps to search the grounds and catch as many Pokémon as possible in a limited amount of time. They found the gutter ball activity the hardest of the morning and had to work together to use just 5 gutter tubes to move a tennis ball from one side of the field to the other. Well done to all four children for taking part and an extra congratulation to Ilana for receiving a School Games Award for excellent team leadership skills and map reading.
